Lending Management

Lending is vital to the success of any credit union. With our Lending Management service, we manage your daily lending operation at the senior management level. We report directly to your CEO, so management maintains control of the entire process – ensuring a smooth, efficient, and consistent process.

We have various, innovative programs that can be modeled to fit your specific needs. We work both onsite and offsite. We work onsite in the lending department two weeks per month and perform our offsite services by maintaining daily contact with your senior management and lending staff by phone and email. These services are provided for a flat, affordable monthly fee.
