Collection Management Services
Because of our extensive background in collection operations, we offer co-sourcing opportunities for clients in professional collection management. With this service we manage the client's daily collection operations, reporting directly to the CEO or other senior executive, so that management maintains control of the process.
We have various co-sourcing programs that can be customized to fit our clients' needs. We work both onsite and offsite. We work onsite in the collection department two weeks per month or as needed. We perform our offsite services by maintaining daily contact with the collection staff by telephone, email, and remote access to the client's collection system. These services are provided for a flat monthly fee that is very competitive.
