Solutions in Finance, Inc., was founded in 1996 by President William R. Garcia after a successful 18-year career with Wells Fargo Bank, now the fourth-largest bank in the United States. Mr. Garcia started with Wells Fargo as an entry-level loan service representative in 1979 and soon achieved successive promotions to team leader, loan officer, assistant vice president/collection manager, vice president and director of risk management operations with lending authority, and manager of business direct collections nationwide.

Mr. Garcia's major achievement for Wells Fargo was assisting to create and establish a business-lending division with various small-business loan products from 1986 to 1996. When he left the bank in 1996, the Business Banking Group had a business-loan portfolio of $10 billion.

Along with expertise in lending and collections, Mr. Garcia is considered an expert in analyzing and developing user requirements for customized collection systems software. He has developed ongoing business relationships that have gained him the respect and confidence of senior executives in the financial service industry. His goal is to continue to establish new partnerships while helping financial institutions achieve their financial goals.
