Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and credit union industries. He has led Solutions in Finance for more than a decade, and spent 18 years with Wells Fargo Bank in various lending and collections divisions, leaving the bank as Vice President of Business Lending. Bill has developed a strong following within the financial services industry as a leader and innovator in the lending and collections arena, and has earned the respect of CEOs and executives nationwide.

Celeste Garcia-Johnson has over fifteen years of experience in operations management. She has been recognized for developing and designing a major advertising distribution campaign, which was adopted by a national financial corporation. Celeste is known for creating new and improved operations procedures in the financial services industry that ensure business operations are efficient and effective. She has a strong background in real estate and mortgage banking, and enjoyed a successful career in managing regional operations with Transamerica Financial Services.

Gary Fee has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in all facets of consumer and indirect lending, mortgage and real estate lending, credit underwriting, risk management and product development. Most recently, Gary was the President and Chief Operations Officer for Prime Alliance Solutions, a mortgage CUSO. Prior to joining the credit union industry, Gary spent 20 years in the banking industry with Security Pacific Bank and Citigroup. Gary’s credit union career began at Boeing Employees’ Credit Union (BECU) in Seattle, Washington in 1997. During his time with BECU, he held several senior management positions in mortgage and consumer loan operations as well as product development and management. He was an active participant and popular speaker for the CUNA Lending Council and many other speaker engagements over the years.

John Basco has over 24 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries. His expertise includes 17 years in lending and collections management. He has utilized his motivational leadership style in several financial and business disciplines, including three Fortune 500 companies. John has nine years of auto finance experience, and established two successful collection outsourcing companies. John earned his Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University in marketing and economics.
